The Project Workflow

Six clear stages, one coordinated path

The exact route changes by part, but the decisions should happen in a predictable order.

Send the requirements

Share CAD or a drawing, quantity, material, finish, critical tolerances, inspection or fit-check needs and the target date. If a choice is still open, explain what the prototype needs to prove.

Review process and manufacturability

Geometry, quantity, material and final condition are reviewed together to identify whether machining, additive manufacturing, molding or a combined route fits the application.

Confirm quote and scope

The quote should establish the manufacturing route, included secondary operations, timing and any required deliverables. Open questions are resolved before work begins.

Manufacture the part

The component moves through the agreed machining, printing or molding route, followed by EDM, grinding or other operations where the specification requires them.

Finish and check

Specified finishing is completed and agreed inspection, fit testing or trial assembly is performed according to the quoted scope.

Deliver and support the next revision

Parts and agreed documentation are shipped. Feedback from the lab can then inform a repeat order, a revised design or a different process for the next development stage.
