What does Lab Ready manufacture?
Lab Ready focuses on orthopedic and medical device prototypes, development parts and low-volume components using CNC machining, metal and plastic 3D printing, molding, finishing and optional assembly checks.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. A single validation part, a small development batch and a low-volume run are all valid quote requests.
How long does an orthopedic prototype take?
The site’s stated average is 2–4 weeks, depending on process, material, complexity, finishing and inspection requirements. A specific schedule is confirmed during quoting.
Is Lab Ready ISO 13485 certified?
Yes. Lab Ready states that it is ISO 13485 certified for medical-device quality management. Ask for current certificate and scope information when qualification documentation is required.
Which CNC machining processes are available?
The listed scope includes 3, 4 and 5-axis milling, CNC turning, Swiss turning, threading, drilling, knurling and boring, supported by EDM and precision grinding.
Which 3D printing processes are available?

Which materials are available?

Can parts be fit-checked or assembled before shipment?
