Industries
Spinal Devices
Spinal implant and instrumentation prototypes, including interbody devices, fixation hardware and the instruments used to place them.
Materials
Titanium alloys for fixation hardware, and PEEK or PPSU for interbody and cage components — both routinely used in spinal device prototyping and both available in-house.
Process route
Precision 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining plus sinker, wire and small-hole EDM handle the tight tolerances and complex internal geometry common to spinal hardware.
Fit & function
Optional fit-testing and trial assembly confirm mating components — implant to instrument, or construct to construct — before a design moves to its next revision.
